Restoration of an old knife handle

In the last months I bought, primarily for the video series “building Libreflip”, various camera equipment. A new camera body, two lenses and also some light. Before I can do a “real” video production with this equipment, I have to practice with this new equipment – normally I throw away the files of such exercises, but in this case I wanted to produce a real video as an exercise.

I also made changes in postproduction – so far I used the free open source software kdenlive, for this project I used the equally free software Davinci Resolve.

So the knife handle was really only a means to an end – to get practice with the new equipment in the workshop. Of course with the goal to bring the project Libreflip forward and to be able to film even better in the future.
